One of the first things we did when we decided to launch HoneyFitz Events was to define our brand. A big part of this was determining the types of services we would offer, and evaluating our values and passions. We asked ourselves questions such as: “What ideas or things do we love? What matters to us the most? What sets us a part from the others?” Answering these questioned really helped Jenn and me to shape our company’s core offerings and come up with a tagline that was all encompassing of who we really are:“Los Angeles Based Event Planners and Designers Inspired by All Things Beautiful.”
Similarly, once we had our company name solidified, we worked with our talented graphic designer to develop our logo and brand identity, which included everything from selecting the colors and fonts utilized to the type our bow for our emblem. I’m sure at some point you’ve heard the questions, “If you were a car, what car would you be?” Well, we asked ourselves this question about numerous things including handbag, dog, drink, dress, etc. Our graphic designer then created a mood board for us that included words and images of things that represent what we aspire to be (and that we also love). We thought we would share some of these things with you!
