VENUE RESEARCH & MANAGEMENT
Our work together begins with researching venues and services that will fulfill your wedding vision.  We will craft a preliminary outline of your wedding to include colors palettes, traditions, a month-by-month planner and every other detail you would like to have included in your wedding day. We will oversee every element of planning by managing your budget, timelines, and keeping in close communication with everyone involved to create a successful and smooth planning experience for you.

PLANNING TIMELINE
Creation of a Monthly Planning Roadmap to ensure that your planning is on target, outlining both our responsibilities and your duties pre-wedding day.

BUDGET PLANNING & MAPPING
We will develop a detailed Budget Map for all things related to your wedding and assist with payment reminders. These items will include but are not limited to Photography, Florals, Rentals, Lighting, Stationary, Cake/Dessert and Décor.

VENUE LOGISTICS & MANAGEMENT
Site Inspection:  Venue walk-through to discuss floorplans, design elements and Layout recommendations.
Floor Plans:  Creation of layouts/floorplans/diagrams for your ceremony, cocktail and dinner reception
Contract Review: Review of final contract and BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager or on-site coordinator
Insurance: Assistance with client’s purchasing of Event General Liability Insurance if required by the venue

VENDOR MANAGEMENT & APPOINTMENTS
We will assist you with building a professional and reliable team of vendors for your wedding day.  Your will have access to our preferred vendors including Photography, Videography, Entertainment, Officiants, Transportation, Hair and Makeup and more.
Communication:  Unlimited communication via e-mail and phone
Referrals and Research:  Customized Vendor Referrals and Research Based on your Budget, Design Concept and Vision
Appointments:  Assistance with securing interviews and appointments with your Vendors
Contracting:  Review of Vendor Proposals and Terms of Final Contracts, as Needed
Timeline: Distribution of Wedding Day Timeline to Venue and Contracted Vendors
Confirmation: Contact Vendors for arrival times and communicate venue’s procedures for unloading, set up and tear down
Rehearsal:  Attend wedding rehearsal to assist in orchestrating the bridal party and family
Insurance:  Communication of Vendor’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requirements and Vendor Agreement Collection for Venue

STYLE
Our team will work closely with you to design every detail of your event and recommend the ideal professionals to execute your vision.  From the perfect floral artists and lighting technician to your photography and videography teams, we will work together to create your magical day. After you have approved all vendors, we will be act as the liaison between your vendors.

DESIGN
Detailed meeting to discuss your personal wedding style.
Mood Boards:  We will work together to create a custom inspiration board of your Wedding Day Design concept.
Inspirational Photo Curation:  Review and curation of your Pinterest Board or Photo Stream
Table Top Meeting:  We will create a mock-up tabletop inclusive of florals, linens, chargers and chairs.
Rentals: We will assist you with the ordering of all rental items {chairs, linens, draping, furniture, dance floor, specialty china. glassware, etc.}
Design Renderings: We will provide a detailed design and layout plan, which will site floor plans, seating arrangements and color coordination. We will also share these layouts your venue and vendors to ensure cohesion.

DESIGN GUIDANCE & PLANNING OF PAPER GOODS & DECOR DETAILS 
Assist Bride and Groom in the design and wording of all custom stationary including save the date cards, invitations, menus and programs.
Paper Goods:  Recommendation of Paper Goods (Signage, Menu, Program, Invitation Suite, etc. as well as Designers and Printers) to Elevate your Wedding Day
Decor Items:  Recommendation of Decor Details to make your Wedding Day feel personalized and unique

WEDDING DAY TIMELINE

On Your Wedding Day

DETAILED ON-SITE COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTIRE WEDDING DAY

  • Oversee complete Vendor Set-up of the Ceremony and Reception site, from set-up to load-out
  • Collect all Place Cards, Menu Cards, Favors and any other special items such as Guest Book, Toasting flutes, etc. for Set-up and Installation
  • Communicate with Musician/DJs on Ceremony Song Selection and Cue Wedding Party for Processional
  • Manage Banquet/Catering Staff regarding Set-up and Compliance of Floor Plans
  • Manage Vendors and the Overall Flow and Timing of Wedding Day (Photography Schedule, Ceremony, Reception Events, etc.)
  • Work with Emcee, DJ or Band Leader to Establish Timing for all Formalities and Special Moments of the Reception
  • Greet and Escort Wedding Guests throughout Wedding Day Events
  • Distribution of Final Payments and Gratuities to Vendors
  • Bride and Groom’s Designated Wedding Items will be Tracked, Packed-up and Ready to take by conclusion of the event, including Gifts and Cards
  • Every wedding includes one to two coordinators
  • The Team will have a Wedding Kit on hand for any little emergencies or last-minute needs
